Coaching is human work. Every day, I am aware of the impact I can make as a coach, both positively and negatively. For that reason, I have certain standards that I adhere to, to always deliver the highest possible quality. I'd like to tell you more about them.

Continuous Professional Development

Continuously learning is a cornerstone of my practice. I study psychology at the Open University and attend multiple trainings annually. By regularly attending workshops, trainings, and conferences, I stay informed about the latest developments and expand my skills and knowledge. This enables me to offer clients relevant and effective approaches that align with their needs and goals.

Use of Proven Methods

I strongly believe in using proven and scientifically supported methods, based on solid research and experience. By basing my approach on what truly works, I can provide my clients with effective tools and techniques to help them achieve their goals. This also means that I constantly update my own knowledge and critically assess new trends and approaches to determine if they add value to my practice.

Collaboration and Reflection

I regularly participate in peer supervision and reflection sessions, where I share my experiences and receive feedback from colleagues and mentors. These valuable conversations enable me to evaluate my own practice, identify blind spots, and gain new insights that enrich my coaching. By being open to feedback and learning from others, I continue to grow both professionally and personally.

Membership in Professional Organizations

As a certified member of Noloc and a member of Nip, I am connected with fellow coaches and psychologists and have access to additional support. This allows me to stay informed about the latest developments in my field and adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines that apply to my profession.

As you can see, I am constantly evolving myself. In my opinion, this is a prerequisite for being a good coach.
