Part of the program is a CoreTalents analysis, with an extensive report you will keep using afterwards. It gives a clear picture of where your natural talents lie, and of what gives you energy and what drains it. From there we develop a strategy to take your career into its next phase. Here too, your way of thinking and working (introverted, gifted, neurodivergent, or a combination) is the starting point, not an obstacle.
