I've founded Quiet Quality because I believe strongly that diversity and innovation are strongly connected. In order to get the most out of that, the world should change its view on introversion and introverts themselves should learn how to use their unique strengths instead of being forced into extraverted ways of being.

Introversion is often understood as a lack of social skills, interest or even intelligence. This makes introverts feel ashamed and misunderstood, which causes them to withdraw or hold back. This prevents them from getting all the opportunities they’d like. On the other hand, companies and universities often fail to see the full potential of introverts. This causes them to lose valuable resources.

Quiet Quality offers self-knowledge through science-based assessments and tools. Based on the outcome of the tests, it offers tailor-made development such as online courses, one-on-one coaching and in-person training. By collaborating with HR departments of companies, Diversity Offices at universities and specialist coaches, it embeds the learning within the professional environment.

Not homogeneous
Most initiatives aimed at introverts want to turn them into extroverts or treat them as one homogeneous group of people. They fail to see the natural strengths of introverts and the large diversity the introvert temperament has.

Quiet Quality aims to empower introverts in embracing their natural strengths and talents. By zooming in on their specific and unique characters, it caters to the specific needs of every individual. Because no one should be offered a standard solution. The support of companies and universities helps introverts in their efforts.
